2022 AYSRHR Films Dissemination Report
Introduction
In 2022, we have produced a total of 9 original short films involving 327 youth in 4 counties of Kenya. We have also posted old and new films on our social media pages as reported below per channel:
In Q1 2022, from January to March, we got 8,777 views

In Q2 2022, from April to June, we got 1,203 views

In Q3 2022, from July to September, we got 1,108 views

In Q4 2022, from October to December, we got 20,401 views

We reached a total of 238,335 people on Facebook through paid advertising. Over 28,000 of these people either watched, shared, liked, commented or engaged our content for the year as shown below:

Most of our audiences are in Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa, Tanzania,

70% of our audience was male with most being in the age between 25-34 followed by 18-24 years old:

In 2022, we reached a total of 367 people on Instagram without advertising broken down as follows:
Q1 we got 124 views, Q2 47 views, Q3 89 views and Q4 107 views to bring the total views to 367

Conclusion
This has been a succesfull year in terms of film production and dissemination.
We need to invest more in paid advertising in order to reach a potential target audience of over 9 million people who are active on social media in Kenya as shown below:
